93%

Discover the hidden side of communication.

Have you ever caught yourself thinking, “I don’t know why, but I just don’t trust this person”? Or sensed someone was lying without being able to explain why?

Get ready. You’ll be called a “Business Monkey” and you’ll dive into the ancestral, invisible dynamics of non-verbal communication (far beyond simple body language) that quietly drive your intuition, your choices and your connection to others.

93%

Yes, “93%” is the title.

It originates from a widely cited and frequently criticized study exploring how much of a message is conveyed beyond the actual words.

A gesture, a look, a posture, a shift in tone…According to that debated theory, only 7% of a message is conveyed through spoken words. Of course, the exact percentage varies with the context. But that is not the point.

Marc Henri invites you to explore an invisible matrix, powerful, silent and constantly active that shapes impressions, emotions, relational dynamics and, ultimately, trust.

Like an iceberg, the essential part lies beneath the surface and often beyond your awareness.

Wouldn’t it be invaluable to better “read” your interlocutors? Or to increase the consistency between what you say and what you actually communicate?

Be honest: when preparing to speak, what do you focus on most? Probably the words. So together, let’s learn to master the hidden dimension of communication, the part that determines whether you will be heard, understood and believed.

What you will learn

  • Understand what the “93% / 7% rule” actually reveals
  • Identify non-verbal signals that betray thoughts, intentions and emotions
  • Read your interlocutors more accurately (clients, colleagues, partners, etc.)
  • Increase alignment between your message, voice, posture and gaze
  • Use non-verbal communication as a positive lever of influence
  • Adapt your presence to the context (negotiation, meeting, public speaking, etc.)
  • Develop a stronger, clearer and more natural impact
Outcome
You gain mastery over the submerged part of your communication, the part that builds trust, strengthens credibility and multiplies your power of influence.

Activate the instinct. Structure the impact. Let’s connect.

The Ego-logical Goal

Turning “Me First” into “All Together”.

Let’s be frank: when you take a group selfie and glance at the picture, who is the first person you look for?...

This “me first” reflex is perfectly natural. It is rooted in our survival instincts and influences most of our decisions.

But what happens when you need someone else in order to reach your objectives, while every individual acts primarily according to what matters to them? That’s the whole point of this keynote for “Chameleons in the Making”...

The Ego-logical Goal

Strategic Empathy, a military concept, is on the verge of transforming communication, management and human relations in organisations.

Far from being innate, this skill enables you to detect weak signals, ease tensions, smooth interpersonal dynamics and align individual interests.

In this colourful, sometimes unsettling and deliberately provocative keynote, Marc Henri introduces you to a rare and powerful discipline: the ability to step out of yourself momentarily in order to map the deeper needs of others.

You will learn how to ask the right questions, listen to understand (not to reply), and calibrate your messages, your channel and your timing to maximise buy-in.

In communication, Empathy is not a “soft skill”, but a strategic foundation having nothing to do with sympathy, compassion or altruism.
It is a scarce competence, as we are not naturally wired for it, while the rise of social media and AI only deepens our inherent tendency to retreat into ourselves.

This rarity is precisely what makes it such a decisive advantage!

So, what if the human instinct of “me first” became the most effective lever for engaging others? What if you could turn egocentrism into a collective engine? That is the Ego-logical Goal.

What you will learn

  • Understand the psychological roots of the “me first” reflex
  • Use strategic empathy as a lever for influence and mobilisation
  • Identify the intrinsic needs of your interlocutors
  • Detect weak signals and decode relational dynamics
  • Ask questions that reveal genuine motivations
  • Adapt message, medium and timing to maximise adherence
  • Transform natural egocentrism into a driver of collaboration
  • Design messages and campaigns that truly resonate with audiences
Outcome
In a world where disengagement is rising, you gain a decisive edge in fostering engagement, innovation and retention.

What if your message finally landed? Try it out.

Yes And Act

Don’t mind the change. Change your mind.

Less fear, more creativity. Fewer obstacles, more solutions. The dream of every organisation.

But how can we develop the agility required to anticipate, simplify and navigate transitions?

Communication is not only about informing. It becomes powerful when it transforms, when it unlocks collective energy and strengthens engagement in the face of change.

This is precisely what this global bestseller keynote offers, now accessible to French-speaking audiences.

Yes And Act

Despite years spent managing crises, pushing creativity to its limits and reinventing himself daily in the hectic world of agencies, Marc Henri was genuinely stunned by this presentation. In just one hour, everything was there. Clear. Structured. Practical. Immediately actionable.

This keynote dismantles unconscious patterns of thought and provides simple, concrete levers of communication to strengthen resilience, stimulate innovation and cultivate a genuine action-oriented mindset.

Marc Henri was so struck by the clarity and power of the content that he approached the speaker after the session to propose adapting it for Francophone audiences. And here we are!

The concept holds in three words: YES AND ACT!
A powerful tool to think differently, bounce back faster and act with greater boldness.

The original keynote is delivered by Cyriel Kortleven, known as The Simplifier, one of only 44 Global Speaking Fellows worldwide and author of five books, including The Change Mindset. A renowned specialist in change management, creativity and innovation, he has inspired hundreds of thousands of people in more than 40 countries and has collaborated with organisations such as IKEA, NASA, Unilever, Nike, Deloitte, Bayer and Red Bull.

In a VUCA environment (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) everyone calls for change… yet no one wants to change. This keynote gives you the tools to overcome this paradox and turn fear into a driver of action rather than paralysis.

What you will learn

  • Simplify complexity to unlock action
  • Break the mental patterns that hinder change
  • Adopt a creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Stimulate innovation within teams and organisations
  • Use communication techniques to mobilise rather than divide
  • Transform change into an opportunity instead of a threat
Outcome
A renewed mindset, more agile, more confident and more creative.

What would change if you were truly heard? We want to hear you.

Once upon a time

Why a well-told story works miracles

“Sir, your speech changed my life!” These were the words of a young entrepreneur, eyes shining, as he approached Marc Henri after one of his storytelling keynotes.

What you have just read is a micro-story. And it triggered, in your body, a brief hormonal response, exactly what makes storytelling such a powerful driver of decision-making, emotion and behaviour.

Just as the parables of a certain Jesus have echoed across centuries, stories have always shaped societies, educated minds and mobilised communities.

Once upon a time

In today’s world, saturated with information, a compelling story is not a luxury.
It is a decisive competitive advantage.

An organisation without a story is an organisation without a future.

To tell a story is to give meaning to data, simplify complexity, turn facts into emotion and generate what matters most, in both love and business: trust.

Storytelling is not an embellishment.
It is a strategic performance lever.

Marc Henri unpacks its mechanisms, structure and essential components to reveal how a story captures attention, moves an audience, and remains memorable 22 times more than a simple argument.
That’s proven.

What you will learn

  • Understand why the brain is hardwired to love stories
  • Use narrative as a lever of influence and engagement
  • Transform a complex message into a simple, memorable story
  • Build a micro-story that captures attention instantly
  • Trigger the emotions that create trust and adhesion
  • Apply storytelling principles in presentations, sales and communication
Outcome
You will leave with concrete, immediately applicable techniques to give your messages lasting impact and to ensure your audience remembers you long after the moment has passed.

How powerful could your communication become? Let’s check it out.

Non-verbal Communication & Body Language

Master posture, gesture, tone and environment to read others and increase your impact.

Two dogs cross paths in a park. No bark, no growl, just a shift in posture, a brief exchange of looks and, within seconds, one of them (not necessarily the smaller one) lies down. The hierarchy is established.
What happens there, in its most primal form, happens every day in business.

Some call it presence, others call it charisma.
Regardless of the label, the mechanism is the same.

Non-verbal Communication & Body Language

We have been speaking for “only” 150,000 years, yet we have been communicating for millions of years through something else than words.

And it is precisely this primitive, instinctive and often uncontrollable part of communication that others trust most: a gesture, a glance, the position of your body, the tone of your voice, your pace of speech, the space you occupy, the atmosphere in the room, the mood of your audience…

Whenever emotions are involved, which is nearly always, only 7% of the message is conveyed through words. The remaining 93% is non-verbal.
This is well-established.

And yet, before speaking, what do most people prepare?
Their words.

This masterclass enables you to understand and use powerfully this invisible yet decisive dimension of communication.

What you will learn

  • Decode the body language of your interlocutors
  • Understand what your own body expresses, often despite yourself
  • Adopt posture, gestures and eye contact that inspire trust
  • Use your voice (intonation, rhythm, silence) to reinforce credibility
  • Master the space, environment and energy of a room
  • Adapt your presence to the context (meeting, negotiation, stage, video call, etc.)
  • Gain immediate impact, before you even speak
Outcome
You will become clearer, more persuasive and more influential.
You will understand others better and they will understand you better.

Practical details:
  • 1 to 8 participants
  • Half-day training session (maximum 4 hours, preferably in the morning)
  • A meeting room (ideally U-shaped) with projection facilities, or online sessions
  • Optional additional half-day practical workshop
From instinct to influence. Give us a sign.

Networking and Small Talk

Turn every interaction into an opportunity and expand your circle of influence.

You arrive at a networking reception and realise you don’t know a single person. Worse! You’ve been assigned to a trade fair stand, your competitor is right opposite you and visitors walk past without stopping. A primitive part of your brain switches into alarm mode.
Completely natural.

Since you cannot sensibly “escape”, you choose the other instinctive option: becoming as discreet as possible.
You grab a drink, pretend to check your phone and count the minutes until you can leave, eventually concluding that the event simply “wasn’t worth it”.

Networking and Small Talk

And yet, simple and powerful techniques exist to transform these uncomfortable moments into socially rich, humanly rewarding and commercially fruitful experiences.

Because we are all shaped, for better or worse, by the people around us, this masterclass gives you the tools to widen your network with confidence and intention.

What you will learn

  • Quickly identify a receptive person in a crowd
  • Use physical space to join an already-formed group
  • Practise genuine, attentive and active listening
  • Initiate, sustain and relaunch conversations with prospects
  • Exit an unproductive interaction politely and elegantly
  • Turn discomfort into relational ease and spontaneity
Outcome

Media Training & Crisis Communication

Optimise your relationship with the media and stay in control, even under pressure.

Journalists and influencers are powerful amplifiers. In a world of continuous information flow, securing positive, credible coverage from a trusted third party is an exceptional opportunity.
But it is also a minefield.

Your objective is to highlight your organisation.
A journalist’s objective is to inform and to question, challenge or criticise if needed. This is press freedom and rightly so.

Storytelling

Craft stories that persuade, educate and mobilise.

Research is unequivocal: information presented through a story is remembered 22 times better than information presented as facts alone.

This is why product placement remains one of the main sources of funding in the film industry. And why the most inspiring brands achieve conversion rates 30% higher than competitors who lack a compelling narrative.

From the dawn of time, myths, tales and parables have shaped societies. They reassure, galvanise, inspire, make us laugh and cry.

Public Speaking

Structure your message, command the space and captivate your audience.

Your palms are sweaty, your mouth is dry. You’re about to step on stage, speak to a camera crew or face the blank stare of a webcam during a decisive Zoom call. You’ve crafted your speech, polished your slides, added inspiring quotes and even a touch of humour.

And yet, a fundamental problem remains:
the human brain cannot perform two intellectual tasks simultaneously.
Not even you, Ladies. Sorry…

Influence, Lobbying & Negociation

Learn to persuade, mobilise and turn power dynamics into alliances.

Let’s be honest, who wants to be “con-vinced”, literally “conquered” or “defeated”?
That is exactly why this masterclass exists.

Negotiation is not the art of obtaining a compromise.
It is the art of creating value for all parties involved.

Persuasion is not manipulation.
It is the ability to seduce with integrity, coherence and impact.

Meeting Management

Turn every gathering into a lever for decision-making, alignment and efficiency.

Picture this: seven people around a table or behind a mosaic of webcams.
Three are reading their emails.
Two are taking notes they will never look at again.
One is trying, unsuccessfully, to finish a sentence.
And the last one is monopolising the conversation.

After 45 minutes, the group agrees to… schedule another meeting to “follow up”.

Meetings are, without doubt, one of the most expensive, least productive and most frustrating tools in modern organisations.

Meeting Management

The problem is not the meeting itself.
It is the way it is prepared, structured, conducted and embodied.
Like an orchestra, effectiveness doesn’t come from the number of musicians, but from the shared rhythm, the collective dynamic and the conductor’s ability to align the ensemble.

This masterclass gives you the keys to reclaim meetings as true spaces of interaction and action.
Already at university, back in 1997, Marc Henri scored 19/20 in the subject… which says quite a lot.

What you will learn

  • Initiate a meeting with a clear, useful and shared objective
  • Structure an agenda that creates rhythm and drives decisions
  • Create a climate that encourages listening, participation and collaboration
  • Handle disruptive behaviours without shutting people down
  • Stimulate collective intelligence without losing focus
  • Neutralise emotional, political or structural blockages
  • Adapt your facilitation style, even in sensitive contexts
  • Discover alternative formats that outperform traditional meetings
Outcome
More decisions. More engagement. More results. Which, ultimately, leads to fewer gatherings.
You will no longer hold meetings. You will lead groups.

Practical details:
  • 1 to 8 participants
  • Half-day training session (maximum 4 hours, preferably in the morning)
  • A meeting room (ideally U-shaped) with projection facilities, or online sessions
  • Optional additional half-day practical workshop
Interaction as a source of production. Shall we gather for two minutes?
